We think of Monkish as our west coast extended family. Beyond being tremendously special human beings, their innovative approach of using their yeast-driven brewing prowess and applying it to hoppy brews has driven them to iconic status in the industry. Through countless conversations and collaborations, we have joined forces to brew some truly great beer. In celebration of our anniversary, we decided to brew a special edition of one of our favorites from the Monkish catalog and we are thrilled to share it with you!
A super hazy, fuller-bodied Double IPA. It was double dry-hopped with extreme volumes of Citra, Nelson, & Galaxy hops. A hop explosion but in a smooth-drinking, soft body!
