Fruited Sour w/ Boysenberry, Tart Cherry, Yuzu & Vanilla. Pours deep, maroon-red haze in the glass with meringue-like pink foam. Notes of exotic citrus, berry pie-filling, dried cherries and a touch of vanilla custard. Balanced levels of acidity & sweetness, with medium body and a hint of flaky pie crust from copious amounts of soft white wheat. Luxuriously smooth. No shaking or stirring necessary.
