音楽を作るかの如く生まれる、アルケミストのレシピ開発。
ホップのコンビネーションは旋律を奏でるように生まれ、音の波は苦みと香りの効いたうなりをあげていく。
今回は、アルケミストが絶大な信頼を置くプロデューサーに依頼し、爆発的なホップ感あふれる最強のビール2種を造りあげた。

ホップフレーバーを最大限に引き出した結果、イチゴキャンディーや桃のような、甘く完熟したフルーツのアロマが鼻腔を支配。
マスカットを彷彿とさせる、軽やかでスッキリした味わいの後には、ウイスキー感あるアルコールの余韻で、身体にゆっくり染み渡るような心地よさ。

ホップの組み合わせの影響は、こんなにも変化をもたらすものなのか。
これまでのWest Coast IPAとは全く違う、新たなメロディーが完成！

So the Hop Dude has those dreams. Out on the beach, summer sun, crushing a pale ale and letting loose on massive Grindhouse loudspeakers. Summer time is beer time, after all. But this year we find ourselves yet again back in the studio - getting our fix on monitors with de nombreux plugins and even more synths, and way too many ideas for hours in the day. That’s where Ultra Shift comes in. When you are looking for something to beef up your mix, to layer or twist it up and dial it in - our Hop Dudes bring the distortion. Did you know that multi-staged crossover filters are double the fun with a West Coast IPA in hand? Well now you do (you’re welcome). Nelson and El Dorado on the X axis and Citra on the Y are pretty much all you need to shift your sounds to the next level. And while we are finally beginning to see the light - until we are can get back full stop, in the home studio we will be - wrecking and repping melodies and having a blast.
