合わせるようにWCBで初めて使用するホップを組み合わせたドライホップをしています。
WCB初めてのホップ：Audaciaの使用！
アメリカ・Indie Hops社が出しているAudacia(オーダシア)は、IPAでもラガーでも使用できるほど、上品なフローラルな香りから、甘いライチのようなアロマも兼ねそろえています。
今回は、Audacia / Motueka / Nelson Sauvin(CGXとFreestyle社)を組み合わせることで、マンゴーやパイナップルのような甘い香りと共にグレープフルーツのような柑橘感を持たせています。
WCBではほぼレギュラーにもなりつつある、発酵タンクへ麦汁を移送した段階でのホップを漬け込む手法を今回も取り入れています。
Motueka CGX(液体窒素による極低温下でのホップのルプリン濃縮ホップペレット)を入れることで、柑橘感を含ませています！

The Alchemist is getting tired of fighting solo. NG+5 in the DLC proving to be a bit more of a challenge, our Lupulin MC has decided to do the unthinkable and break out the summons. Nah, actually he's been using summons from time to time (when he actually has time to summon them, that is.). Missing in the new art is the greatsword and talisman combo, but we'll let that pass. V37 in our seemingly never-ending series of hazy hop concoctions features Freestyle Motueka, Freestyle and HopRev Nelson goodies and a double dose of Audacia from Indie. Did someone say Pineapple Party? :X Add mango and citrus / strong grapefruit hits with stone fruit and cantaloupe notes, and this drink literally puts you on the beach (let's hope it's sans this insane humidity). This is a fantastic combo and a cool look into Audacia, which we are going to need to get more of and feature in some hazies in the future.
