WCB × Inkhorn Brewing 4th Collaboration
WCBレシピでは“Phantasm”というブドウを原料とした、サイオール※をふんだんに含んだ成分を混ぜ込む Freestyle Hops のSuper Sauvinを使用(対となるInkhornでは、また同系列の別品種をチョイス)。加えてNelson Sauvinをロット違いで3種、さらにはCitra CRYOも追加しドライホップ完了。

マンゴーやライチ、パイナップルを連想させるトロピカル全開アロマ。熟したピーチのノートがさらに豊かな香りを引き立てる。ほのかな柑橘要素が味わいに明るさを加え、優しくウッディなニュアンスが深みと複雑さを演出。シルキーでスッキリとした口当たりで飲みやすさも。両社で同じ構成のレシピを組みながらも、原料選定や醸造工程に細やかな変化を付け、その違いを比較しながら飲み比べられるビールをお届け～。

The spring of collabos continues!
Bird Buds is a home-and-home brew done with our friends Inkhorn Brewing, borrowing a technique or two and coupling them with test runs using Phantasm-infused Freestyle Hops' Mega Motueka and Super Sauvin. We are super impressed with Inkhorn's hazies of late, and excited to have a chance to cook up the goodies on our system. We are getting white wine and citrus aromas, and flavors like mango, sweet citrus, and cannabis. Def on the sweeter / lower bitterness compared to our usual offerings.
