Farmhouse Ale | 355ml | ABV 6.2%
ノースカロライナ州アッシュビルのリバーベンド・モルトから提供された地元のピルスナーモルトと、大量のライ麦芽をはじめ、マルチョウ、イラクサ、キャットニップ、ホーリーバジル、そしてキンセンカなど地元産のボタニカルをふんだんに使用。ミズーリ州産の美しいオークフーダーに移し、自家培養のミックスカルチャーで発酵。さらにホーリーバジルで熟成させ、瓶・樽で自然に二次発酵しています。

Mashed with local pilsner malt courtesy of Riverbend Malt of Asheville, North Carolina along with heaps of flaked rye. Steeped on a menagerie of local/foraged botanicals, inspired by one of Torches Ceremonials' smoke blends. Those botanicals include mullein, nettles, catnip, holy basil and calendula. Fermented with our mixed house cultures in one of our beautiful Missouri oak foeders. Aged on additional amounts of holy basil and conditioned naturally in the bottle and keg.
