サンジェルマンのリキュールや夏場の軽くて爽やかなラガーにインスパイアされたドゥームツリーは、地元産の大麦と小麦を巧みにブレンドして造られています。ブルワリーの地元で採れたエルダーフラワーを山ほど浸して、自家製のラガー酵母で低温発酵。キレがあってとても飲みやすくなるまで何週間も低温でラガーリング。手で皮を剥いた新鮮なレモンでさらに熟成させる。アリゾナ州ギルバートのアリゾナウィルダネスとのコラボ醸造です。

Inspired by St. Germain Liqueur and crushable summertime lagerbiers, Doom Tree is mashed with a thoughtful blend of local barley and local wheat malt. Steeped on heaps of locally foraged elderflowers. Fermented cool with our preferred house lager yeast strain. Conditioned cold for many weeks until crisp and crushable. Aged additionally on fresh, hand zested lemons. Brewed in collaboration with Arizona Wilderness of Gilbert, Arizona.
