ハイホップ評議会から忌み嫌われ、社会全体から弾かれた存在。

そんな中、遅れてようやく合流した7人目の『Cherry Pie』。
双子としてPeach Cobbler(※)を妹に持つ、サバサバ姉御肌。
彼女もまた、甘くスウィートな一面を覗かせるも、酸味のパンチ力とABV9.5%の色気で誰をもガッチリと掴んで離さない。

甘酸っぱいチェリーのアロマには、バニラやパウンドケーキにフィナンシェといった焼き菓子感と味の厚み。フルボディかつ、終始ともなうチェリーの酸味は、一度味わったら忘れられない魔性のように、いつまでも余韻として続いていく…。

時代が変わる、瞬間。
今まさにその時を迎え、若者衆の熱狂は燃え盛る炎の如く続いていく。
そして“The Collective”は、民衆のトップランナーとして認知の広がりを見せている。そろそろ彼らがアルケミストとして活躍できる日も、もうそんなに遠くない話だろう。

RED ALERT. After a brief hiatus our team of underground hop chemist fanatics “The Collective” have been catapulted back into service. Rumors of The Nemesis infiltrating the Hop Academy’s upper ranks have been confirmed, and with the threat of new-age dark hop-tech lurking on the horizon they have no choice but to bring the team back for another run. Their latest mind-meld liquid hop dream - Cherry Pie is a 9.5% Imperial Sour IPA loaded with cherries both sweet and tart, and lavishly laced in milk sugar with additions of vanilla, almonds and cinnamon. This one sets up smooth, heat veiled until the cherry sweetness fades into a satisfying bitter finish. When adjuncts meet adjuncts and high ABV, the battle is spectacular.
