This Smog Days West Coast comes in big with a lively dance of light tropical fruit, summery elderflower and delicate apricot aromas. The combination of white wheat and carafoam build the body of the beer and help balance the snappy bitterness. A backbone of citrusy hop flavor helps to prop up the more delicate tropical and stone fruit character. This brew is a perfect nod to the last few weeks of warmness before we move on to darker holiday brews.
