樽熟成のゴールデンサワーエールをブレンドし、レッドラズベリーと一緒に再発酵させたのがこちら。キャラメル化したフルーツのような甘い香りと鼻腔をくすぐる鮮やかな酸味はまるでラズベリーとレモンの焼き菓子のよう。口に含むとライムを絞った生クランベリージュースのようなフレイバー、最後は複雑な酸味からファンキーさを感じさせるフィニッシュへ。

Just Intonation, a blended barrel-aged golden sour refermented on red raspberries, is bright and tangy like a raspberry lemon square that delivers the rich aroma of caramelized fruit with an added acidity that tickles the nose. It hits the taste buds like a raw cranberry juice with lime–a complex tartness that fades to a subtle house mixed-culture funky finish.
