このビールの始まりは、数台のフーダーで熟成したミックスファーメンテーションサワーエールです。使用済みのカベルネワイン樽に移送後、ブラックベリーとボイゼンベリーで6ヶ月間再発酵させます。

This beer started as a blend of several foeder aged mixed fermentation sour ales. It was then racked into second use Cabernet barrels and allowed to re-ferment with blackberries and boysenberries for six months.
