ひと口飲めば、副原料の爽やかさが絶妙に調和!爽快な新作『Green Glass』のレシピが誕生。缶を開けた途端に多幸感で満たされる空間は、初夏の幕開けも相まって、気分は南国の陽気に包まれる。
 
パイナップルのピューレにスイカ果汁とキュウリジュース(皮を剥きジュース状にしたもの)を投入。メロン感やパイナップル、レモングラスのファンキーなアロマ。副原料として投入したフルーツのトロピカルな甘さに、野菜のキュウリが掛け合わされた意外な組み合わせは、カクテルのような新感覚の味わい。

Something had Shinpei literally seeing GREEN. One fine day in Okinawa at some obscure bar, he happened upon a cocktail that became the inspiration for this brew (it also happens to be perfect as the Japanese heat beast comes out of hiberation...). Green Glass is a kettle sour brewed with a touch of Rakau and copious additions of pinapple puree/concentrates, watermelon puree and fresh cucumber. We are getting pronounced cucumber/watermelon aromas with a complement of lemon/lime citrus, and a pineapple lemongrass finish. Lighter on the body and carb, this one is going to pair exceptionally well with all kinds of spring food offerings. Cocktail-inspired brews aren't new but this one is super unique, and if you're into sours (and cucumber) def worth a go imo.
