21st Amendmentが大好きなスイカを使ったKettle Sour。このビールが誕生したのは2004年。21st AmendementのブリューマスターShaunがRussian River Brewingの創業者Vinnieと共にHell or High Watermelonをシャルドネ樽で2年間熟成させてみたところ、それはもうアメイジングな味わいに仕上がったとのこと。その当時の味わいを再現しようと試行錯誤し、ケトルサワーをセゾン酵母で発酵させることに。このWatermelon Funkは乳酸菌の穏やかな酸味とスイカの甘みが交わり、不思議なバランスの旨味に仕上がっています。

We have transformed our summer time watermelon wheat beer into Watermelon Funk, a mind blowing, shake your booty, interlocking sour bass lines with syncopated sweet fruit notes and downbeat aromas and we give you all that in a signature groove with the hip and sway of Lady Liberty.
